Lidiya Welch is Senior Attorney and Chair of Goldblum Pollins & Dennis’ Corporate Team. Lidiya assists a variety of institutions, including multinational corporations, family businesses, start-ups, and non-profits, in industries spanning information technology, engineering, and healthcare, with the hiring and retention of foreign national employees within the United States. Lidiya advises on both immigrant and nonimmigrant matters as well as worksite compliance, managing nonimmigrant and immigrant processes for over 200 foreign national employees. Since 2021, Lidiya has been selected as a SuperLawyers Pennsylvania Rising Star in Immigration.

Lidiya holds a bachelor’s degree in Romance Languages and Literatures from Harvard College and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. While attending law school, Lidiya served as a Note Editor for the Michigan Journal of International Law. Lidiya is fluent in Russian and Spanish, and conversational in French and Italian.
