Stacey Coggins is an Associate Attorney with the firm. She handles employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters for our university, health system and corporate clients, as well as our self-petitioning researchers, scientists and artists. Stacey also assists foreign individuals who seek to self-petition for immigration benefits based on their extraordinary ability as a scientist, educator or artist, or based on their nationally important work. She advises employers and foreign nationals on immigration compliance as well as immigration strategy and planning.
Prior to joining Goldblum Pollins & Dennis in 2014, Stacey gained legal experience as a Staff Attorney at the Pennsylvania Health Law Project and as a Litigation Associate at Ballard Spahr.
